It's been a busy fall at Beacons—with new features launching and projects coming to life that have been in the making for a long time, I wanted to share a few updates directly from me & our team.
September and October were eventful months around the launch of Beam, the new AI teammate for creators on Beacons. We also updated our brand partnerships page, where you can apply to new paid collab opportunities, and we made updates to our affiliate links and collections, where you can link and earn commission from over 12,000 top brands (start now so you can monetize your holiday + Black Friday recs!)
And of course, a project that's been near and dear to our hearts: the launch of the Always Peaking Podcast, hosted by Beacons CEO Neal Jean! Our first episode is an interview with creator + founder Steph Mui. Check it out to see what made our CPO say "Dang I was pleasantly surprised by how fun this was to listen to" and made our team ask "When did Neal get so many accessories?"
Lastly—our team had an full company offsite in LA, where we hosted a Creator Economy Mixer for brand marketers & creators, and attended an LA Kings hockey game wearing colorful wigs, because all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy (boo, there's a Halloween reference for you).
By the way, now that everyone's summer vacations are over and shorter, colder days are coming, maybe it's time to bring back the weekly newsletter? (The real ones will remember.) Stay tuned for what's next: we have some holiday surprises up our sleeves, and I'm excited to share them with you soon.
